January 29th- 4th week.

Didn’t get around to posting photos from last week, because there was no noticeable difference. To make up for that, I posted this week’s photos, along with a comparison of my before pictures.

My arms and lats appear bigger, and my stomach looks a bit smaller, but only from the side view. This past week I cut avocados and diet soda, this week I shall also cut cheese (ha ha) and post-workout carbs, per Tim’s recent blog update.

Thigh: 21.0

Calf: 13.5

Upper Arm: 13.75

Forearm: 11.5

Neck: 17

“BEFORE” pictures

So basically, I think my back is looking pretty good, but I must first lose some fat, and work on my chest and legs more.
